Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Legacy Coaches Network (“LCN”) athlete portal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use the service

  • The service is intended for high-school football athletes, their parents/guardians, and LCN staff.
  • Children under 13 may not create accounts.
  • Athletes under 18 require a linked parent or legal guardian and verifiable parental consent before they can send messages or post film.
  • Accounts are personal — do not share login credentials. [COUNSEL: account-sharing posture]

What LCN provides

LCN provides a recruiting-coordination service: connecting athletes with LCN coaches and certified agents, parent-visible messaging, film storage (via third-party video links), and a recruiting record (offers, schools of interest, evaluations). LCN does not guarantee any recruiting outcome.

Your conduct

  • Be truthful about your identity, age, and relationship to a minor athlete.
  • Use the in-app messaging only for legitimate recruiting communication. No harassment, no off-platform contact that bypasses parent visibility, no contact circumventing NCAA recruiting rules. [COUNSEL: NCAA contact posture]
  • Film links must point to content you have the right to share. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
  • No attempts to bypass row-level security, scrape data, or impersonate other users.

Agent representation (minors)

LCN’s certified agents do not sign representation contracts with athletes while they are minors. [COUNSEL: confirm against UAAA / NIL posture]

Account termination & data deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in-app. Parents/guardians may delete a minor athlete’s account on their behalf. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. [COUNSEL: termination notice + appeals]

The service is provided “as is.” LCN does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. [COUNSEL: full disclaimer + warranty language]

Limitation of liability

Governing law & disputes
